The best way ensure that we're able to properly diagnose the problem is with your help! Please have the Subject line of your email to us read 'Tech Troubles' and write a sentence or two in the body of your email about the following:

  1. When you experienced the issue, what type of system were you using? Specifically, we need to know your Operating system (i.e. Windows, Mac); Browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer) and Browser Version (i.e. 6.0, 7.0); and the Security Software you use (i.e. McAfee, Norton, CA, Panda, etc.).
  2. Was there a specific error message? What did it say?
